KAM MARKETING GROUP INC is a direct business lender providing capital solutions to businesses across the United States. Our services include working capital loans, revenue-based financing, equipment financing, business expansion funding, commercial real estate financing, and bridge financing. All funding is subject to underwriting approval and the terms of individual funding agreements.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States or authorized to conduct business in the United States
• Operate a legitimate business
• Provide accurate and complete information in all applications and communications

Use of Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from KAM MARKETING GROUP INC through our contact form or any other opt-in mechanism, the following terms apply:

• By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from KAM MARKETING GROUP INC, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
• Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
